WHAT WE DO FOR FIRE DEPARTMENTS:
- We educate all fire department employees on what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior so harassment and disrespectful behavior never occurs in your department
- We facilitate a strategy meeting with chief officers to identify existing practices, policies, and procedures pertaining to harassment, inclusion and diversity.
